KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Staffing
- Work with Area HR to prepare recruitment advertisements
- Identify the appropriate recruitment media such as newspapers, websites recruitment and ensure we have contracts with them
- Prepare offer letters for approvals
- For recruited personnel, ensure all related documents are in order before submitting to C&B
- Ensure C&B and indoor HR are informed on time of any new arrivals or departures and headcount reporting is accurate
- Monitor sales HR team expenses including travel and recruitment costs
- Ensure compliance to recruitment, terminations and enrolment SOP
- Update any changes on SOP and ensure the approvals and distribution of new SOP
- Work closely with area HR and act as a link between area and the different functions in HQ such as C&B, training, marketing, etc
- Consolidate staff turnover and vacancies report
- Reconcile headcount reporting with Indoor HR team
People Development
- Provide administration support for development center
