Responsibility:

A. Arrange meetings/appointments and travel schedules (domestic and international)
B. Handle phone calls, messages, incoming and outgoing mail
C. Daily administration and filing
D. Preparation of presentations and translation
E. Responsible for office equipment and stationary
F. Perform other assigned tasks, not specifically mentioned in the job description

Education:

-Bachelor Degree

Major:

- Business Administration/Commercial Related (2010 Graduate)
-Job Language: EN

 

Knowledge/Languages:
- Fluent English (oral and written)
- Good knowledge of Windows NT, MsOffice (esp. Word & Power Point)

Capabilities:
- Cooperative and self-motivated.
- Good organizer.
- Willing and quick to learn.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Good communication skill.
