Production Supervisor

Job Description

· Managing the development of several projects including design (Photoshop,Flash...) and website localization projects.

· Responsible for the Quality Control and ensuring that the projects are delivered on time.

· Maintain best practices standards, guidelines, policies and procedures to continually optimize efficiency & work quality.

· Manage, Plan and Coach Team members' daily work to consistently improve and promote best practice.

· Report to the Product Manager on the progress of all projects.

Requirements

· Academic degree in Design or related fields will be highly regarded.

· Fluent in English and Chinese (French is a plus).

· Excellent Management skills are necessary.

· Photoshop and Flash animation skills are a plus.

· Understanding of CMS technology and web page design.

· Graduating students who will be available during this internship period are also welcome to apply.

· Able to work under pressure.
