招聘职位：
Mechanical Engineer(机械工程师)：
Purpose: This role involves working on projects dealing with plant maintenance and improvement projects.
Duties / Responsibilities
Key responsibilities -
- Large Scale Plant Improvement Projects
- Plant Maintenance and machinery performance optimization
- Participation in plant section improvement teams
- Large Scale Plant Improvement Projects
· Involved from construction to installation of new machinery
· Involvement in commissioning of new equipment
Plant Maintenance
· Involves working as part of the maintenance team
· Assist with planning major shutdowns,
· Responsible for a specific plant area during shutdowns,
· Improving plant availability and successful resolution of maintenance issues in designated areas.
Standards of Performance
· Awareness of Health and Safety issues
· Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Autocad LT
· Ability to take responsibility for and control large scale projects
Qualification:
· Master degree with major in mechanics
· Excellent command of English, both oral and written
· Good knowledge of MS office, excel, word and Power Point.
· Diligent and fast learner
· Good communication skill and team spirit
Financial Accountant （财务会计）：
Qualification:
· Master degree with major in accounting, financial management or international finance.

Process Engineer(工艺工程师)：
Purpose:
? This role involves providing technical assistance primarily for the production, quality control, environmental departments also for the maintenance departments
Responsibilities will cover areas including:
? Crushing and grinding (comminuting) equipment
? Process Performance including Heat transfer applications, material/mass Balances and Process design,
? Kiln Performance
? Quality control issues,
? Environmental Engineering and performance monitoring
? Relevant Health and safety issues.
Other Duties are as follows
? Assist with kiln overhauls
? Will assist senior engineers and manager with projects or process improvement assignments,
? Responsible for directing contractors on specific jobs or projects (in the particular plant section where he/she has been assigned).
? Should be involved in project start ups / commissioning
? Will be given assignments, which will include troubleshooting to resolve manufacturing problems and implementation of improvement programs, as well as assistance in the preparation and maintenance of documented manuals/processes.
? Will carry out plant trials in relation to the process or production improvement projects
? Will be expected to prepare process documentation and new/revised operating and safety manuals
Qualification:
? Master degree with major in materials science or inorganic non-metallic materials
? Excellent command of English, both oral and written
? Good knowledge of MS office, excel, word and Power Point.
? Diligent and fast learner
? Good communication skill and team spirit
