岗位职责
1、负责公司前台接待及电话接转；
2、收发传真，复印文档，收发信件、报刊、文件等；
3、及时更新和管理员工通讯地址和电话号码等联系信息；
4、受理会议室预约，协调会议时间，下发会议通知，布置会议室；
5、预订火车票、飞机票；
6、协助上级购置办公设备、办公用品，负责发放及记录；
7、及时完成总经理及上级交代的其他事宜。

任职资格
1、大专以上学历；
2、形象气质佳；
3、熟悉前台工作流程，熟练使用各种办公自动化设备；
4、工作热情积极、细致耐心，具有良好的沟通能力、协调能力，性格开朗，相貌端正，待人热诚，责任心强、富有团队精神；
5、熟练使用相关办公软件。

实习期限：2009年11月-2010年3月 为期五个月

1996 年，中国机械工业信息研究院与德国弗戈媒体集团合作，并于1998年成立弗戈工业媒体，为中国制造业提供国际化、专业化的信息服务。创办MM《机电信息》后更名为MM《现代制造》。

2006年，弗戈工业媒体与北美地区最具权威的、拥有80年历史的美国Gardner 出版公司开展全面战略合作。合作期刊有《现代机加工》、《模具制造技术》、《塑料技术》和《汽车设计与生产》等，内容涵盖机床、模具、塑料、汽车等工业领域。 国际资源平台的扩展为弗戈今后的发展奠定基础。

2008年， 弗戈工业媒体拥有MM《现代制造》、AI《汽车制造业》、PS《流程工业》、PT《现代塑料》、PP《现代包装》、BBI《啤酒和饮料工业》、LP《实验与分析》等6 大系列15 种B2B 刊物，平均每两个工作日出版一本期刊。依托50万的行业读者数据库，针对机械、汽车、石油、化工、冶金、电力、制药、食品、塑料、包装、建筑、环保、能源等行业定向精准发行。同时迅速拓展了专业会议、数据服务、在线媒体、展会快讯、再版重印和市场研究等多元立体媒体传播形式。每年组织专业会议和活动30多场、参加各类展览会上百个，影响各行业读者200万人次，形成了真正国际化的权威工业信息交流平台。
