Responsibility:
1) Purchasing Project
- Communicate with respective department to understand purchasing needs and project specifications
- Facilitate RFQ (Request for Quotation) process
- Participate quotation analysis and price negotiation with vendors
- Facilitate contract negotiation and reviewing
2) Purchase Order Process
- Create Purchase Order in SAP system
- Create Frame Contract in SAP system
- Communicate with internal departments as well as external vendors regarding Purchase Order related issues
3) Vendor Master Data Management
- Identify potential new vendors
- Maintain & update vendor master data
- Facilitate vendor DUNs no. application
4) Others
- Collect and draft optimization ideas regarding purchasing process and SAP process
- Conduct necessary communication with relative colleagues in Porsche Germany
Requirement:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with necessary business acuteness
- Strong analytical skills, familiar with contractual terms is a plus
- Detail oriented, self-motivated and eager to learn
- Excellent English, both written and oral
- Proficient knowledge in MS Office (word, excel, PowerPoint), Lotus Notes, user experience in SAP is a plus
