职位描述（Job description ）
工作职责（Key responsibility）：
 
1. 熟悉全盘财务账目, 包括税务、增值税、银行业务(包括网上银行)及进出口税务;
Knowledge of financial accounts, including tax issue, Value added tax, online banking, import and export tax issues; 
 
2. 按照公司及政府有关部门要求及时编制各种财务报表并报送相关部门;
Provide accurate financial report in due time and send it to Taxation bureau according company and government tax department's requirement. 
 
3. 应收账款的管理与催收;
Follow up and manage outstanding accounts receivable;
 
4.日常会计支持,相关凭证归档、报表制作与税务管理;
Providing day to day accounting support, voucher entries, financial report preparation and Tax registration;
 
5.负责员工报销费用的审核、凭证的编制和登帐;
Audit employee reimbursement application and prepare relevant entries accordingly;
 
6.计时工资, 社保等
Payroll Calculation and social insurance;
 
7.上级分配的其他任务;
Other ad hoc works required by manager;  
 
技能要求（Requirement）：
 
1.本科及以上学历，财务/会计等相关专业毕业, 具有会计资格从业证书;
Bachelor degree or above, major in Finance/Accounting and related. Accounting certificate is a must. 
 
2.熟悉掌握英语/粤语/普通话;
Good command of English/Cantonese/Mandarin;
 
3.理解国际会计制度
Understand International Financial Reporting Standards {IFRS}; 
 
4.熟悉掌握办公室软件,特别是Excel,能独立完成和解决财务以及核算等相关工作;
Good PC skills, especially Excel, able to finish and solve financial, audit and related work; 
 
5.良好的工作责任感和沟通能力，工作细致耐心，服从公司安排，执行力强;
Good communication skills, high responsibility, strong implementation capacity and follow the instruction of the company;  
 
6.1年以上跨国公司会计经验;
More than 1 year accounting experience in multinational companies.
 
7.积极主动，良好的团队合作精神，能承受较大的工作压力;
Self motivated, team sprit and can work under pressure;
 
8.Honest, reliable & flexible 
诚实可靠, 灵活变通
