1.Provides application engineering service to internal and external customers on a timely base in order to ensure flawless operation.  Support marketing and sales department to establish company brand and exceed customers’ needs

2.Be wholly responsible for the product, make sure the developed product meeting all the required standard, specification, customer needs and company requirement

3.Be responsible for the release of assembly drawing and sub-assembly drawing 

4.Lead the engineering change process to ensure flawless operation

5.Be responsible for the e-BOM initiating and maintaining

6.Provide on-site engineering support to sales and marketing to promote products

7.Collect new technology development information in assigned area and provide the new development ideas 

8.Lead the VA/VE process to improve the quality and reduce the cost

9.Other tasks assigned by management

10.Follow other company procedures and regulations

 

SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE:

1.Bachelor degree on mechanical or electrical engineering (Master preferred)

2.2-3 years experience in auto/truck industry(Not for Intern)

3.Good communication and inter-person skills

4.Good written and spoken English(German preferred)

5.Familiar with CAD and other software tools

6.Experience on TS16949/Lean/6-sigma/PPAP/APDP and other engineering tools
