Job Duties & Responsibilities: 工作职责
1. Provide coverage to the front desk during regular business hours of 8:30 AM to 5:00PM
2. Answer and route phone calls including taking leave messages.
3. Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages.
4. Purchase office daily stationary and gifts.
5. Maintain orderly appearance in reception area and store room.
6. Assist the office manager on the Greiner PURtec Shanghai clerical activities and related tasks.
7. To do all outgoing faxes, copying, scanning, filing and preparing and mailing correspondence.
8. Maintain and update company phone list and customer database.
9. Book flight tickets or rent auto.
10. Greet visitors in a professional manner.
11. Supervise our Ayi of office appearance and cleaning.
12. Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.

2. 负责接听所有来电,且转接电话。在必要时给公司同事留言
3. 负责公司所有进出快递的签收和填写
4. 负责公司日常用品和礼品的采购
5. 保持前台和文件室区域的整洁
6. 协助行政经理做好公司内部的管理及相应工作
7. 负责传真,复印,扫描,归档以及邮件准备和发送工作
8. 负责更新公司联系电话和客户资料信息
9. 负责订购机票和租赁汽车
10. 专业、礼貌地迎接我们的每一位客户
11. 监管清洁工每天的清扫工作
12. 其它职责将就公司业务再议
Job Requirements: 职位要求
1. High School diploma up, college degree will be advantage.
2. age should be under 25 years old.
3. New graduated students are welcome. Prefer one year or more experience in a customer service business environment with receptionist/administrative responsibility. (Financial knowledge is a plus)
4. Have basic knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
5. Basic English solid skill (CET4 above).
6. Creative problem solving skills.
7. Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
8. Ability to multi-task, and understand of team working.
1. 高中以上学历,大专、本科更佳
2. 年龄在25岁以下
3. 应届毕业生;一年以上相关性质工作经验者更佳(有一定财务知识优先)
4. 对办公室电脑应用软件有一定了解(Word, Excel, Outlook)
5. 基础英语( CET4)
6. 有较强的解决问题的能力
7. 有很强的沟通能力和文字能力
8. 有协调多种任务的能力,有团队精神
