Position Cognis offering:

Cognis Asia Pacific Management Trainee Program-"Grow"
We will provide students to participate in a structured program lasting 18-24 months, combining formal training with on-the-job work assignments in a variety of areas.

Management Trainee Qualification
   
University graduate without experience or with 1 to 2 years experience, bachelor, master and doctor degree. Major in Chemistry or Chemical related is preferable;
Credit above average scholastic record;
Fluency in English language;
International experience (internship, studies) is an advantage.

General positions
1.Transportation Specialist
Responsibility
Arrange delivery of shipping and railway in line with national & SHE regulation
Being responsible for completion of daily & monthly shipping reports
As a liaison between forwarder and Cognis
Being responsible for the road transportation of all external warehouses
Being responsible for the cross-check of monthly freight provided by forwarders for shipping and railway and delivery from all external warehouses

2.Production Planner
Responsibility
Plan and schedule production to ensure promised delivery schedule met
Plan materials to ensure smooth supply
Coordinate the delivery process and provide re-schedule options where necessary
Maintain product forecast/plan/daily schedule in system
Issue production monthly/weekly plan

Qualification of above 2 positions
Bachelor degree or above
Good communication skill
Strong ability to adapt, learn, logical thinking
Fluent in oral and written English
Good at PC skill, especially in Excel

Internship opportunities in QA, Finance, Legal and HR department
