Position:           Test Engineer
Status:        Permanent & Internship
Location:          Nanjing, China
Reporting to:    Test Team Lead

 

Main duties and responsibilities:

 

·      Test on desktop products, web applications, systems or CAD for major software producers

·      Monitor assigned defects and provide relevant information required by software engineers or developers.

·      Utilize advanced processes and latest technologies in carrying out tests, maintaining test scripts, and documenting errors.

·      Communicate closely and pro-actively with Test Lead, peer Test Engineers, Software Localization Engineers and Test Development Engineers.

·      Report relevant issues to Test Team Lead and Project Manager

 

Requirements:

 

·      Good English, spoken and written

·      Knowledge of Windows operating system (alternatively Mac, Linux)

·      Advanced PC user skill (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)

·      Experience in software testing is an advantage

·      Team player

 

 

Position:           Software Localization Engineer                                    

Status:          Permanent
Location:          Nanjing, China
Reporting to:    Software Localization Engineering Manager

Software Localization Engineer is a member of team who prepares processes, tools and files needed for software localization. To achieve this goal, Software Localization Engineer cooperates with internal team members (Test Engineers, Test Leads, Test Development Engineers).

 

Main duties and responsibilities:

·      Prepare files needed for localization

·      Create and modify processes, tools and scripts

·      Investigate localization defects and make fixes

·      Create or modify documentation for new or existing processes and tools

·      Communicate technical issues with client peers 

·      Report relevant issues to Project Manager or Software Localization Engineering Manager

Requirements:

·      Good English, spoken and written is a must

·      Knowledge of standard file formats (HTML, XML)

·      Knowledge of standard office software and MS Windows platforms

·      Basic programming skills (C/C , Visual Basic, Java,…)

·      Knowledge of scripting languages  (Perl, Python)

 

 

Position:           Test Team Lead
Status:        Permanent
Location:          Nanjing, China
Reporting to:    Project Manager

 

Main duties and responsibilities:

 

·      Assign the task to the test engineers and provide technical support

·      Allocate required project resources (people, tools, hardware, software)

·      Own quality assurance process

·      Report to the clients and superior

·      Lead weekly status calls with clients and partners

·      Process innovation to unit or corporate processes

·      Participate on client’s visit

 

Requirements:

 

·      Good English, spoken and written

·      1 year experience in a Test Engineer or relevant position

·      Knowledge of Windows, Mac and Linux operating systems

·      Advanced PC user skill (Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project)

·      Good communication and collaboration skills

 

 

Position:           Project Manager
Status:        Permanent
Location:          Nanjing, China
Reporting to:    Group Manager

Project manager is the leader of his/her project team. The core responsibility of this post is to ensure that assigned customer projects are completed on time, with appropriate client treatment and responsiveness and at a required quality level and within budget. To achieve this goal, project manager works closely with international clients, external partners, internal team members (Engineers and Team Leads) as well as internal customers (management).

 

Main duties and responsibilities:

 

·      Prepare and implement project plans (human resources, work tools, finance, timelines).

·      Organize, measure and monitor work of his/her project team members.

·      Ensure team's responsiveness and professional treatment of both external and internal clients.

·      Proactively identify and solve problems.

·      Regularly monitor clients' satisfaction and take improvement actions.

·      Arrange kick-off meetings and evaluation of projects with customers, suggest & implement improvements to project processes, record and distribute meeting minutes and monitor delivery of agreed action items.

·      Coordinate and secure acceptance from customers.

 

Requirements:

·      2 years experience in serving demanding Western clients

·      Spoken and written business English is a must

·      2 years experience in Project management

·      Advanced PC user skill (Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project)

·      Strong organizational, communication and problem-solving skills

·      Positive, open-minded team player

·      University degree
