实习生项目简介：

实习地点：惠州市
实习生项目的要点：
-实习期限： 3~4个月(2010年3月至6月)，每周4天，每天8小时
-导师安排：为每位实习生安排一位经理级别以上的人员作为导师，帮助实习生完成毕业设计课题
-为实习生提供系列专业的培训
-实习生、学校及导师、公司人力资源部、实习部门四方紧密合作

Brief introduction for Intern Program:
One of the key cultural elements in Merix is our consistent focus and invest on our people that allows us to attract，develop, and retain talents. Therefore, Merix will initiate Internship Program of Y2010 to the students so that they can take the opportunity to get to know Merix, receive meaningful working experience and gain valuable insights into the relationship between theory and practice in advance.
Key Points of Internship Program:
-Duration: about 3~4 month program（Mar 2010~Jun 2010）,4 days per week and 8 hours per day for intern
-Mentorship system: managers or above will be assigned one trainee to be coached closely. Help interns to complete graduation thesis
-Training based program: we offer series professional training for interns
-Close cooperation between four parties :interns, tutors and school, HRD, department of interns
