1. Senior Corporate application engineer (Location: Shanghai)
Responsibilities:
−This position is Corporate application engineer in charge of deployment of verification flow and tool to a growing customer base in AsiaPacific, especially Hsinchu/Taipei.
−This position it titled corporate application engineer Sr, besides above job function , the position should be responsible for onsite deployment of industry leading automation and verification technologies, creation of technical collateral, defining new methodology, and product support, testing and writing specifications for enhancement, and interact with and support customers, sales, and marketing, and help analyze and resolve complex verification issues for customers cutting edge ASIC designs.
−Also this position offers a great opportunity to grow by learning state-of-art verification flows from Synopsys.
Synopsys verification platform is uniquely positioned to offer the most complete verification solution in market today. It incorporates a suite of built-in high performance next generation technologies for test bench automation, assertion based verification, coverage closure, etc., which are needed for verifying challenging multi-million gate designs.
Job Requirements:
−MS or PhD majored in EE with IC design/verification project experiences.
−Good knowledge of high-level design methodologies and strong communication skills are required.
−Ability to work with customers and R&D teams is important.
−Proficient with C/C , Unix, HDL (Verilog/VHDL), HVL(e/vera/systemverilog) and a strong understanding of ASIC design flows, VLSI, and/or CAD-engineering.

2. SNPS Intern CE1 (Location: Shanghai)
Description:
1) Responsible for designing, developing, troubleshooting or debugging software programs.
2) Able to design algorithms and data structure for component of EDA software programs.
Requirements:
1) MS in CS, EE or Mathematics with strong Analog/Digital IC or EDA Knowledge.
2) One or more years of software development experience for medium to large software development systems
3) Previous experience in the development of IC design tools is highly desirable
4) MS/PhD in CS (Master in 2nd year or PhD in 2nd year is preferred)/硕士2年级或博士2年级优先
5) Working time: At least 4 days per week / 一周至少工作4天
6) Internship duration: at least 3 months /实习时间：至少3个月

Description:
2 years of experience of leading GUI application development
The ability to Develop QT/Motif GUI for cross platforms.
Should have a solid understanding of computer science fundamentals, as well as proficiency in a broad array of technical skills including operating systems, data structures, cross-platform design
Must have a solid working knowledge of ANSI C/C
Requirements:
MS in CS, EE or Mathematics.
One or more years of software development experience for medium to large software development systems
Previous experience in IC design or EDA is highly desirable
5. Synopsys R&D Engineer/研发工程师（GUI )
Description:
Responsible for designing, developing, troubleshooting or debugging software programs. Develops software tools including operating systems, compilers, routers, networks, utilities, databases and internet-related tools, etc. Determines hardware compatibility and/or influences hardware design. Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors. Expected to analyze project areas, refine problem descriptions, and develop novel technical solutions. Write papers for technical conferences. Exercises judgment within generally defined practices and policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. Produce consistently high quality technical solutions and code implementations independently.
Requirements:
BS in CS/EE with 5 years of relevant experience or MS with 3 years of experience in programming software for operating systems, utilizing machine assembly and/or job control languages, and working knowledge of software capabilities. The individual should have experience on development of complex software projects, familiarity with C/C coding, and a strong background in data structures and algorithms. It is essential that the individual has strong desires to learn and explore new technologies and are able to demonstrate good analysis and problem solving skills. Prior knowledge and experience of CAD tool development are required.
6. Synopsys R&D Engineer/ 软件开发工程师(CE1)
Description:
Responsible for designing, developing, troubleshooting or debugging software programs.
Able to design algorithms and data structure for component of EDA software programs.
Expected to identify classical solutions to request with little guidance.
Maintains quality standards and improves performance for our products
Resolve code porting issues for builds and release images on multiple platforms.
Requirements:
MS in CS, EE or Mathematics with strong Analog/Digital IC or EDA Knowledge.
One or more years of software development experience for medium to large software development systems
Previous experience in the development of IC design tools is highly desirable
7. Synopsys R&D Engineer/研发工程师（9380）
Description:
Responsible for developing, applying, and maintaining quality standards for Star-RCXT, the industry leading parasitic extraction tool. Required to acquire expertise and ownership over existing product components as well as develop entirely new product features. Expected to identify and formulate problem statement independently, design and implement sophisticated algorithms to solve complex problems, and schedule projects through one release cycle and beyond. Work with other engineers as a team and help to provide feedback when required.
Requirements:
BS with 4 years of relevant experience, or MS with 1 years of experience in programming software. The candidate should have strong C programming and UNIX skills along with excellent problem solving and algorithm development skills. The candidate must be familiar with software development process, debugging tools, and configuration management concepts. Prior experience and education in device extraction, LVS, or parasitic extraction is desired.
