Sales & Marketing Trainee
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above
- Adequate academic performance

- Good command of spoken and written English, knowledge in Japanese is a plus

Sales Assistant
Specific Job Duties:
-Assist to maintain the department database and analyze the sales data
-Assist daily administration and finance process for department payment
-Assist to collect monthly reimbursement supporting documents
-Coordinate with other departments by department issue
-Other projects assigned by managers

Requirements:
-University degree or above
-Fluency in English both written and oral, solid computer skills especially in office software
-Good analytic skills and ability to perform detail work
-Talent for planning and coordination

Co-packing Coordinator

主要职责：
-出入仓数据输入SAP系统，进行系统内库位移动
-跟踪包装原料进仓，与包装组确认包装计划
-控制包装进度，及时反映问题，确保及时出货
-制作包装完工报告和核算包装费用

要求：
-贸易或物流本科以上学历，对数字敏感
-有较强的逻辑思维能力，条理清晰
-沟通能力强
-熟练操作Excel, Word, Powerpoint等办公软件
-CET 4或以上
工作地点：深圳华南国际物流中心

Executive Assistant

Specific Job Duties:
-Provision of administrative assistance to the key members of the regional management team
-Provision of clerical support and services in development of planning tools, models, framework, templates and reports for business purpose
-Back-of-House support to assist roll out of major business on-job training projects
-Handles daily correspondences and to ensure day-to-day documentation process and approval procedures are implemented in a timely manner
-Ensure key messages from management team and amongst management team and leadership team are communicated effectively in a timely manner
-Champion and executed in-house brand-related communications and projects that build goodwill for DKSH Food Services Division
-Report Master of all reports related to latest market trend, consumer behaviour changes, economic growth, intelligence pool, competitors information, etc -Gatekeeper of logging for all major customer enquiries, customers complaints and issues.
Requirements：
-Bachelor degree or above, preferably with Business Administration or Marketing related major
-Fluent in English and third foreign language is preferred
-Good command of PC skills in particular Excel and PowerPoint
-Strong analytical mind and forward thinking
-Visionary and with Positive Attitude
-Good inter-personal skills, proactive, helpful and genius
-Good team player

- Independent
