·中专以上学历，美术或设计类相关专业；
·一年以上相关工作经验，熟悉电子商务网站设计和制作，能独立完成静态网站设计与制作；
·具有较强的图片处理能力、较高的美术功底、良好的创意思维和理解及策划能力；
·能熟练运用Photoshop,Flash,Dreamweaver,coredraw,fireworks等常用设计制作软件，熟悉HTML,javescript语言；
·工作习惯严谨，具责任感和团队精神，学习能力强，有创业精神，能够适应公司快速发展的节奏；
·能提供设计案例作品（网站）者优先考虑。优秀应届毕业生亦可
