Machining Process Engineer：

Required Major: Mechanical Engineering/Mechanical machining process机械工程及自动化 / 机械加工工艺

Main Responsibility：

• Learn and know well product & machining process knowledge

• Lean knowledge on NC system/Machining centre/Cutting tools/Inspection etc

• Learn and grasp procedure and method on process development/analysis/problem solving etc

• Provide assistance to ensure process running effectively

• Provide assistance to PQE on gage management and take part in quality problem solving

• Provide assistance and take part in process development/implements, APQP, machine selection, tools and fixtures design, etc

• Promote safety awareness

••• Plan materials for mix model production lines, in accordance with six sigma lean concept, so as to maintain linear flow and meet takt time.

• Manage all materials replenishment systems including vendor Kanban and forecast.

• Ensure alignment of vendor capacity with forecast. Support rate based planning system so as to ensure level loading of lines.

• Team with production planner(s) & water spiders so as to guarantee pull replenishment of materials (vendors and internal).

• Support transfer of products and rate production of components for new products.
