一、设岗单位基本情况：

    土木工程材料学科组主要主要研究方向有：混凝土高性能化、混凝土工程的病害及防治、生态建筑材料及新型建筑材料、建筑节能技术等，以及智能材料与结构系统、新型土木结构智能监测传感元件等基础研究与结构健康监测。  现有教师15人，其中教授5人，包括博士生导师3人，副教授7人，11人具有博士学位。

二、主要工作任务和职责:

1、教学方面：

• 承担本科生水泥混凝土专业教学

2、科研方面：

• 海洋混凝土
• FRP复合材料

• 对于课程建设和改革具有独到的见解和思路。

4、科研方面要求：

• 具备较强的用英文撰写、发表高水平科技论文的能力和潜力。
• 具有参与科研项目的经验；能够独立撰写项目报告。

5、其他要求：

• 具备一定的组织、规划和领导能力。
• 可以并愿意在需要的时候接受培训。

Job Description:

  The major directions of Division of Civil Engineering Materials are as follows: High performance concrete; Disease control of concrete; Ecological constructional materials and new building materials; Energy conservation technique for civil engineering; Intelligent materials and structural system; Fundamental research of intelligent sensing elements and structure health monitoring in civil engineering. The number of teaching staffs in our division is 15 which include 5 professors (3 of them are doctoral supervisors) and 7 associate professors. Eleven teaching staffs have Ph.D.

(1) Teaching：

  Undertake refrigeration principle course for undergraduate;

(2) Scientific research：

(a) Ocean concrete

(b) FRP composites

Requirements：

(1) Educational background

(a) Final qualification and degree: a doctor's degree from 985 engineering universities is required;  (b) the first academic degree: in 985 engineering universities; overseas study experience is preferred;

(2) Requirements of teaching and research

(a) Possess strong capacity and potential in writing English and publishing high-level scientific and technological papers.

(b) Have experience in participating research projects and able to compose project report independently.

(3) Other requirements

(a)Have a certain degree of organization, planning and leadership skills.

(b)Be able to and willing to receive training when needed.
