Position: Receptionist
Location: Shanghai
Responsibility
To carry out the day to day administration of the reception desk,
including answering telephones, greeting incoming guests, the
distribution of incoming and outgoing post and fax.
- To manage and coordinate with company drivers and arrange
transportation errands as needed.
- To support HR with new hire checklist completion, including set up
extension, IDD code, prepare name card, office access badges, etc
- To order and maintain office suppliers, such as stationery, flowers,
etc
- To assist Finance with some admin related payment settlement, make
sure the payments with related vendors are settled timely.
- To perform other ad hoc administrative tasks raised from other
managers in the office.
Qualification: College degree
Experience : 1 year or with related intern experience
Skills/Competencies: Good command of English both Written and
Spoken, pleasant, nice & diligent.
Proficient with MS Excel and Powerpoint etc
