职位描述/要求:
Essential Functions
-Assist recruiting consultant in collecting target industry updates and candidates information, analyze and study clients' needs and provide valuable service to clients
-Based on clients' needs, search and find suitable candidates
-Assist recruiting consultant contacting candidates and arranging interviews
-Assist recruiting consultant developing business, understanding clients' needs, reaching recruiting contract and maintaining good clients' relationship
-Maintain sound communication with candidates, getting correct and effective feedback on-time.
-Assist recruiting consultant or team to reach or excel business goal by executing job deployed by consultants efficiently
-Enrich knowledge and develop ability by getting training and full involvement into work, to pave solid foundation to becoming recruiting consultant.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or higher, (major in Human Resource, English, Psychology, Computer Science preferred)
-Standard mandarin skills, good phone communication ability, can work under the pressure, strong learning and reacting ability
- Good verbal and written communication English skill
-Proficient in MS-office
- Smart, confident, quick action, result oriented
- Effective in teamwork relationship
-Open-mined, reliable, willing to learn new things
