Temporary Position at Contact Singapore for a Six-Month Project

 

There is a temporary position at Contact Singapore (Greater China) Shanghai Office. Candidates who fulfill the following requirements may apply:

 

Position: Verification Officer

 

Requirements:

-          Proficient in English

-          Well-versed in MS office software (Word , Excel and Outlook)

-          Responsible, details oriented, able to deliver results

-          Mature, self-driven and possess strong problem solving skills

-          Able to work for at least 32 hours per week for 6 consecutive months at least

-          3^rd or 4^th year student preferred

 

Responsibilities:

-          Process verification requests with educational institutions and other organisations

-          Communicate with educational institutions and other organisations to gather information deemed necessary by Contact Singapore

-          Consolidate monthly verification statistics and verification expenses

-          Other administrative work assigned

 

Salary: 10 RMB per hour
