When the whole China is celebrating the 60-year anniversary of the country, 600 people of Huisman China also experience 80-year anniversary of Huisman Group.
在举国同庆祖国母亲六十华诞的喜庆时刻，Huisman China的600名员工也迎来了Huisman集团的八十大庆。
Huisman, from the Netherlands, a beautiful country in North Europe, is the world leader in industry of lifting appliance, pipelay equipment and drilling equipment, designing and manufacturing offshore and civil construction equipments for the whole world. Huisman is called by China local media as a Dutch-based Steel Magnate.
Huisman来自素有世界打工者天堂之美誉的北欧名国——荷兰，是世界起重设备及铺管、钻探行业的领军企业，在全球范围内设计并制造海上及土建工程特种设备。中国当地媒体戏称Huisman为来自荷兰的“钢铁巨头”。
In the 80-year development history, Huisman experienced a lot:
八十年发展历程，Huisman经历了太多光阴的故事：
l In 1984, Huisman firmly established its leader position in heavy lifting appliance industry by the creative design of mast crane;
1984年，Huisman因发明了桅杆式起重机，大大提升了起吊能力而奠定了在重型起重机领域的领军地位；
l In 2001, Huisman was known by the world by its successful design of salvage equipment for the Russian Kursk submarine. This salvage project made 118 bodies of officers and sailors be buried in their motherland after they died for 1 year;
2001年，Huisman因成功设计了俄罗斯库尔斯克核潜艇的打捞设备，克服了史无前例的巨大风险，让长眠海底的118名将士罹难1年之后能够身回故里，从而闻名于世；
l In April 2007, Huisman made its investment in China and started its manufacturing business for clients from Asian and other places. The company established is named Fujian Huisman Steel Manufacturing Co., Ltd.
2007年4月，因亚洲业务发展迅猛，Huisman在中国设立全资工厂，为亚洲及其他市场的客户制造产品，公司名称本土化为“福建豪氏威马钢铁制品有限公司”；
l In 2007, Huisman won Maritime Innovation Award with its Subsea complex pipe laying systems.
2007年，Huisman凭借深海综合管道铺设系统获得了2007年海事工程创新大奖。
In 2008, Huisman China achieved a great development in despite of worldwide financial crisis. The design from the headquarter of the Group cannot meet the growing demand in China factory, therefore, Huisman China decided to establish an engineer team in China. As a result, the campus recruitment has started in 2008 in lots of universities of China. We currently provide technical trainings for the graduates we employed who will become the key people in engineer team of Huisman China.
2008年公司业务逆金融危机而上，大洋彼岸的设计已经满足不了中国工厂的生产需要，中国公司决定组建培养自己的工程师队伍。于是2008年针对全国各大高校优秀毕业生的中国校园招聘正式启动，这些学生目前正在接受密集的技术培训，他们将会成为Huisman中国工程师队伍的中流砥柱。
In 2009, the top management of Huisman Group noticed the extensive human resource market of advanced talents in China, therefore, they decided to transfer the design core abroad to China. The campus recruitment for year 2009-2010 is upcoming. If the campus recruitment in 2008 is regarded as an ice-breaking tour, the campus recruitment for year 2009-2010 will be a well-prepared sailing.

l Huisman has never been world’s Fortune 500, but you will learn a lot here, because our products are special for offshore use with high technical level. It is indeed a challenge to work on these products;
虽然Huisman从来没有入选过世界五百强，但是您在Huisman可以学到更多的东西，因为我们的产品专用于海上作业，海有多深，我们的技术难度就有多深，忒有挑战了；
l You may never hear about Huisman because Huisman China is still very young and the products are so specific. But when you concentrate on the industry of offshore special equipment or on lifting appliance industry, you will find that Huisman is so outstanding;
虽然您可能从来没听过Huisman的大名，那是因为Huisman中国还很年轻，我们的产品也不是大众消费品。但是如果您专注于海上特种设备或起重机领域的话，您就发现Huisman真是忒杰出了；
l Currently, there are less Chinese people in advanced technical positions in Huisman China. We are willing to bring up outstanding Chinese technical engineers. Here come lots of development opportunities!

1、 Mechanical draftsman机械制图员 20人
Requirements要求：
· Preferable master degree in ME 机械类专业研究生优先
· Knowledge of national and international test standards 掌握国家及国际测试标准
· Familiar with AutoCAD, CAE, NX Unigraphics and office softwares 熟悉AutoCAD, CAE, NX Unigraphics以及办公常用软件等
2、 Detail design electrical engineer trainee电气工程师培训生 5人
Requirements要求：
· A minimum bachelor Degree electrical engineering with major electrical engineering/machine.电气工程系或电机系本科以上
· Experience in making electrical schematics/diagrams with use of electrical engineering’s software.使用专业软件绘制电路图等电气图纸
· Familiar with electric control system & drive systems熟悉电气控制系统和驱动系统
3、 Control software engineer trainee控制软件工程师培训生 8人
Requirements要求：
· Preferable master degree in Automatic Control Engineering电气工程系、电机系或自动控制工程系研究生优先
· Familiar with following software熟悉以下软件
HMI Programming, like Citect SCADA or equal, Siemens Step 7 programming, PID control technique, Industrial networks, like PROFIBUS/PROFINET
HMI Programming, like Citect SCADA or equal, Siemens Step 7 programming, PID control technique, Industrial networks, like PROFIBUS/PROFINET
· The knowledge of following software is preferred具有以下软件知识优先
WinCC Flexible,
Siemens Protool Programming,
General inverter knowledge,
ABB PLC ACS-800 Programming/ABB HMI Programming
Remark: Good English communication skill is required for the upper positions.
