Office Depot Merchandising (Shenzhen) Co. Ltd is the Global Sourcing Office for the whole Office Depot world. Global Sourcing Office is the location for a rapidly expanding sourcing operation for products, which will reduce the dependency on third party agencies for the hundreds of millions of products it procures in the region. Global Sourcing office sources product mainly from Asia Pacific Region currently.
Global Sourcing Office was established in 2007 in Shenzhen which is the only global sourcing office of Office Depot. Function consists of Merchandising, Supply Chain, Packaging, Quality Assurance, Compliance, HR and Finance. Currently there are over 100 active suppliers in Asia (China, Malaysia, Taiwan, Vietnam, India & Korea). With the rapid development of the company's business, Global Sourcing office Hangzhou Branch will be open in Dec 2009.
Currently we launch the campus recruitment targeting the young and energetic talents to grow with our organization. We offer systemic management trainee program, which include various functional & management training program, and international exposures.

Primary working Location: Hangzhou
Positions: 6 Management Trainees in Merchandising, Quality Assurance, Compliance and Supply Chain
Requirements for all positions
1. Bachelor degree or above.
2. Confident & energetic, strong self-motivation and career mind.
3. Ability to handle multiple tasks and activities simultaneously and able to thrive in a fast paced working environment.
4. Good communication skills and presentation skills.
5. Be able to work under pressure.
6. Must have strong sense of commitment & responsibilities, well-organized.
7. Mobility. Will be mobile once receiving assignments in other domestic places and/or other countries.
8. Fluent oral and written English. Japanese & Spanish will be a plus.
9. Proficient in MS office & typing.
