职位描述：

1. 致电对英孚教育产品有兴趣的个人，安排他们与专业的课程顾问进行课程咨询；
2. 了解并收集客户对于EF各种营销活动的反馈意见, 及时更新客户数据库信息。

职位要求：

   1. 良好的沟通技巧，讲话有条理； 
   2. 普通话标准清晰，声音甜美,基本的英语沟通技能； 
   3. 会上海话及有话务工作经验者优先； 
   4. 熟练使用Microsoft Office软件； 
   5. 开朗，自信，亲和力佳，工作耐心，良好的团队协作能力； 
   6. 每周至少工作2天以上，能够承受工作压力。

The intern program gives high potential students the opportunity to experience EF's marketing function, operating rhythm and culture. It combines job orientation, intensive job assignments and interactive evaluation process. Hands-on experience may include: new channel development, sales promotion activities and etc.
