Technical Support Engineer (Shanghai)
Main Responsibilities:
1. Provide technical support to sales engineer and customer.
2. Collect related market information, analysis it and discuss with manager to promote the correct market actions.
3. Establish the competitor’s database of the products.
4. Provide the technical training and services for both internal and external customers.
5. Translate and prepare the technical documents in English & Chinese including technical information sheet, installation and maintenance instruction, sales brochure etc.
6. To provide on-site service and problem solving service to customers.

People Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree in thermal engineering, HVAC and mechanical design & manufacture.
2. At least 1-year work experience in related field, accept this year’s graduates.
3. Background in design house, industrial product support, heat exchanger and engineering company is desirable.
4. Good oral and written English skill.
5. Familiar with Microsoft office and AutoCAD.
6. Team player with good interpersonal skills.
