Job Description:
- Assist SCM and the Credit Managers to pdating and ensuring that each region appropriately captures daily activities of approvers in both underwriting and non underwriting aspect and provide correct regional consolidation to HQ. Also assist SCM provide information of efficiency data, TAT and quality data for HQ request and drive efficiency on regional basis from time to time.
- Arranging and reminding of meeting schedules for SCM and Credit Team,
- Arranging hotel lodging and travel relating to business trips for SCM & Credit Team,
- Assisting in arranging of hotels and airport transfer for any visiting colleagues on business trips to the region,
- Assisting SCM & Credit Team in the preparation and submission of all business travel claims and reimbursement,
- Recording all inward and outward documents received and dispatched by Regional Credit Office to Credit HQ and Regional Sales Units,
- Following up of any ad hoc reporting requests from Credit HQ, CBRC, PBOC, etc, with SCM & Credit Team,
- Assisting in the preparation, compilation, consolidation and submission of any ad hoc reporting, Credit review and scrub exercises for SCM and Credit Team to Credit HQ,
- Co-coordinating between Regional Credit and Regional Sales Unit for any information required for completing any reports and requests,
- Assisting SCM & Credit Team in completing and ensuring timely submission of any ad hoc reporting requests to Credit HQ, CBRC, PBOC, etc,
- Sending out weekly BCA review due reminder reports for the next 30 days on behalf of SCM and Credit team to RSH and Team,
- Ensuring and assisting in maintaining proper filing of all Credit Call Reports,
- Assisting in ordering stationary and expense reimbursement for SCM & Credit Team,
- Assisting in maintaining an up to date Master hardcopy file for Credit Policies, Procedures and Credit Bulletins & updates for SCM,
- Ensuring a clean, and hygienic work environment of the Credit Team and liaise with Cres if the cleanliness and hygienic environment is not properly performed by appointed contractors,
- Assisting in updating leave records for SCM and Team for periodic reporting to Credit HQ,
- Liaising within Credit Teams and Credit HQ and between regional Sales locations for Credit Memos, BCAs, CBN/CBW, etc,
- Liaising between Credit and Business Teams in the arrangement of any period and ad hoc training to be provided by Credit to Sales,
- Performing leave coverage duties and responsibilities for other SME Credit Assistance as and when required on temporary basis,
- Assisting SCM & Credit Team in RMS and ITSC Reporting and follow up of rectification of any IT issue,
- Assisting in ensuring that document checklist for BCA submitted by Sales is correctly completed,
- Assisting SCM in any ad hoc tasks that may arise from time to time,
Selection Criteria:
· Pleasant, Hardworking and willing to learn even it is an intern position. Flexible and able to deal with ad hoc tasks in a guided but independent way.
· Able to read and listen English.
· Can speak Mandarin and Cantonese. Good spoken English is a plus.
· Committed to work for a max period of 6 mths. Will not quit due to exam and job search reason.
· Endeavour to work full time from Mon to Fri office hours, but allowance be given in order to attend lectures if prior agreement made.
· Hope to be on board on 25 Nov 09.
