Responsibilities
1.Work with Sales in developing potential business opportunities with existing and new clients
2.Carry out requirement analysis, solutions recommendation, design
3.Provide technical assistance as well as product and technology training for Sales.
4.Prepare and maintain network documentation for implemented solution.
5.Determining the suitability of a solution technically, engaging operations to ensure supportability, engaging procurement and pricing team on cost analysis as well as legal team to work out special terms and conditions.
Requirements
1.At least 2 years experience in technical presales
2.Strong problem solving, analytical, communication and consultative skills and able to work independently
3.Good teamwork, interpersonal and customer-relations skills
4.Good knowledge in project management, technical network design, Cisco product features and common security product features
5.Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; Good customer service, communication and interpersonal skills
6.Experience on Solutions Consultant and presales
7.Experience with working in large multinational companies
8.Experience With CCNA/CCNP certificates
