工作职责:

5.参与7x24小时轮班
岗位要求:
1.良好的英语说写能力,普通话流利;良好的客户服务素质,沟通和人际关系技巧
2.一年以上客户服务工作经验
3.良好的互联网,广域网和局域网知识
4.有客户服务、技术支持工作经验者优先
5.有在大型跨国公司工作经验者优先

Responsibilities
1.Provide quality customer service to all of our customers through all our channels (Phone, Mail)
2.Respond quickly and professionally to network issues reported by users
3.Troubleshooting for simple network quality issue
4.The daily monitoring of customer data center, core network and customer network
5.Hotline support to 7x24 Call Centre, shifty duty is required.
Requirements
1.Good command of written and spoken English or Chinese; Good customer service, communication and interpersonal skills
2.Experience in customer services is preferred but not necessary
3.Basic knowledge in Internet, WAN and LAN
4.Experience on end-users support services is preferable
5.Experience with working in large multinational companies is preferable
