BA Preventive Maintenance Technician

 

Responsibility:

1. The first level technical support on line, To be Responsible for Line equipment troubleshooting according to related procedure, MIS and engineers’ guideline; To cooperate with production GL to ensure the production quality and volume targets in shift level
2. Real-time monitor and control  equipment and process status in shift level to ensure line performance  ( output, FPY, MFR, PPM, pick-up error rate) ;To work with GL for FA feedback , Provide problem technical solution
3. Responsible for line equipment down in shift level; To cooperate with production GL to control scrap, speed loss in shift level 
4. Work with program technician/GL to provide technical support for line copy rump-up in shift level; Work with GL to provide technical support for line change over in shift level; 
5. Responsible for weekly maintenance activities by line operators, result checking;
6. To offer technical instruction to operators in shift level
7. To lead/join Kaizen actions/project 
8. To cooperate with equipment engineer team for all possible improvement actions and projects
9. To feed back all technical findings to shift engineer and responsible engineer in time.
10. To join equipment regular / overhaul maintenance , feedback machine maintenance issue to responsible engineer and MT leader.

 

Requirement:

1. 2009 Fresh University/College Graduate majored in mechanical/electrical /telecommunication engineering or comparable.
2. Be familiar with SMD technical knowledge
3. Hands-on attitude; can-do manner
4. Can work on shift ( nightshift & dayshift )
5. Positive and fast reaction
6. Can do spirit and willing to learn
7. Good communication and team work

FA Preventive Maintenance Technician

 

Responsibility:

1. The first level technical support on line, to be responsible for line equipment and tools troubleshooting according to related procedure/MIS & to cooperate with production GL to ensure the production quality and volume targets in shift level.
2. Real-time monitor and control equipment or tools and process status in shift level to ensure line performance. (MFR, Scrap rate, OEE)
3. Maintain (including calibrate) the tools on production line on site.
4. Keep production line in good status in shift level. Implement equipment preventive maintenance according to related procedure & schedule.
5. Cooperate with engineer for line change-over and line setup in shift level.
6. Offer technical instruction to operators in shift level.
7. Participate in Kaizen actions &project.
8. Cooperate with ME engineer team for all possible improvement actions and projects.
9. Feedback all technical findings to ME responsible engineer in time.
10. Support changeover/ new line setup when required.

ATP Preventive Maintenance Technician

 

Responsibility:

 

1. The first level technical support on production line, to be responsible for tester’s performance ( Testing related MFR, Tester Downtime, tester Scrap) in shift level.
2. Implementation of regular preventive maintenance and reporting according to related procedure & schedule.   
3. Tester 5S Maintain for responsible line.
4. On Job  training for testing operator and offer technical instruction to operators in shift level.
5. Initiatively feedback those abnormal failure rate to responsible TE/PSE/SE etc.
6.  Cooperate with engineer for tester change-over and tester setup in shift level.
7. Tester Downtime reduction and downtime data collection.
8. Tester Status/Performance Monitoring (RF, Audio, ALS, Camera, BT).
9. Daily Tester Box/Fixture/Adaptor Repairing/troubleshooting

Responsibility职位描述：

 

1.  Support technician for assembly work  简单的手机组装维修

2.  Visual failures rework.  产品外观缺陷的返工

3.  Manage WIP/Material  管理WIP、物料

4. Electronic component rework  电子物料的返工

5. Control engine rework quality 控制返工质量

 

Requirement职位要求：

 

1. Technical secondary/colledge above , major in electronics and telecommunication preferred

2009应届电子通信类专业中专/大专以上学历毕业生； 

2.    Skilled on assemble tools and rework tools 熟练操作各种装配工具和维修工具；

3.    With 1 year technical related working experiences in JV company is preferred有一年以上合资公司工作经验者优先考虑。
