Job Title:
Personal Assistant

Reports to: Director
Position Location: Shanghai
Responsibility:
1. Handle daily correspondences, minutes, reports and other documents, including paper translation, and maintaining an up-to-date client contact database and filing system.
2. Travel arrangements, organize meetings, liaise with vendors and staffs.
3. Receive telephone calls on behalf of the Director. This includes taking messages and acting on or following up on those messages when necessary, as well as setting up conference calls when required.
4. Supervise and assist in all special/ad projects as delegated by the Director, and assist other executives in the execution of such projects.
5. Assist and sales supporting for whole department.
Requirements:
1. University graduate
2. At least 2 years secretarial or related experience with multinational companies
3. Excellent oral and written communication skills both in English and Chinese
4. Good interpersonal skills
5. Mature and can work under high pressure
6. Self-motivated , good professional ethics and details concerning
7. Good sense of Humor
