Key Tasks:

1. Answer all incoming calls and handle caller’s inquiries whenever possible.
2. Re-direct calls as appropriate and take adequate messages when required.
3. Greet, assist visitors and the general public.
4. Direct the general public to the appropriate staff member.

5. Pick up and deliver the mail.
6. File all correspondence.
7. Respond to public inquiries.

 

Requirements:

1. Associate degree or above in Administration, English or related field.

2. Experience with reception job preferred, recent graduates also acceptable.
3. Good English both oral and written.
4. Familiar with MS Office application.
5. Excellent communication skills.
