合肥阳光电源有限公司是一家专注于太阳能、风能等可再生能源电源产品研发、生产和销售的高新技术企业。主要产品有光伏逆变器和控制器、风机变流器、回馈式节能负载、电力系统电源等，并提供系统解决方案的设计及技术支持服务，是我国最大的光伏电源产品的研发生产企业，也是我国光伏和风力发电行业为数极少的掌握多项核心技术并拥有完全自主知识产权的企业之一。2007年，公司引进外资并顺利改制为中外合资企业。

Sungrow Power Supply Co., Ltd. is high-tech enterprise specialized in research, development, marketing and sales of renewable energy products especially for solar and wind power. The main products including inverter & converter for photovoltaic system, converter for mega-watt wind system, feedback discharge power supply, emergency power supply and UPS. Other than high quality products, Sungrow also provides turnkey solutions for system design and technical backup service. 工作性质：实习生

要    求：男性，应用电子技术、机电一体化、机械制造等专业，能识别常用电子元器件，了解电路元器件工作原理和使用方法，焊接熟练，动手能力强。

福利待遇：实习期为六个月，第三个月为培训期，部门将系统地对学生进行理论知识和产品工艺技术培训，培训期间月基本工资分别为600、700、800元，日工作时间为8小时，延时及周末加班费为6元/小时，公司免费提供员工餐及每月40元交通补助，培训期月工资不低于1000元。培训期结束后将对学生进行综合考核，通过考核的学生将实行正式员工计件工资制，月工资不低于1200元，实习期满根据实习考核情况择优录取，一经录用，享受本公司正式员工福利待遇，办理社保五险（养老、医疗、工伤、失业、生育）及住房公积金，转正后实行计件工资，月工资不低于1500元，一年有六次假日福利，并根据绩效考核发放季度奖及年终奖。
