1.接待来访客人，并通报相关部门；
2.管理办公用品，管理维修打印机、传真机、复印机等办公器材；
3.打印、复印文件和管理各种表格文件；
4.统计员工考勤和外出登记；
5.安排会议及差旅预定；
6.保管各种手续、手册；
7.更新和管理员工通讯地址和电话号码等联系方式；
8.协助组织公司活动。
9.负责招退工及四金的办理工作。
任职要求：
1.18岁以上，大专以上学历或实习学生，形象气质佳，普通话流利；
