HR Specialist, Employee Communication
 
(Work location:  Shenzhen)
 Responsibilities:
1.Assist in the implementation and administration of all employee communication schemes and channels including newsletters, staff meetings, employee surveys, intranet etc;
2.Proactively seek feedback from both domestic and overseas staff and constantly make improvements on employee communications; 
3.Work closely with other departments to support and coordinate cross function employee activities and events; Initiate and organize employee activities such as employee clubs;
4.Assist in the implementation of global employee relationship programs, policies and practices;
5.Timely update of HRIS system, consolidate HR reports upon request, and actively participate in HRIS initiatives;
6. To support special or ad hoc projects as being assigned.
Requirements:  
1.Bachelor's degree in related field (majored in HR, management, English or similar fields);
2.Strong communications and interpersonal skills, be able to perform under pressure and multi-task environment, detail-oriented with high efficiency;
3.Excellent written skills in both English and Chinese;
4.Proactive, independent, well-organized, mature, out-going personality.
