As one of the largest Food and Beverage Company and Top 500 in the world, PepsiCo International is
famous for such brands as Pepsi, 7-Up, Marinda, Frito-Lay, Tropicana, ***r, Gatorade, etc. Under
PepsiCo International, PepsiCo (China) Limited is the production base of soft drinks concentrate. PCL is a
foreign founded company and it is responsible for providing concentrate to PepsiCo Bottlers in China and South
East Asia. Due to our fast growing business, we need more talents to join us.

Management Trainee (Supply Chain Department, 2 opening)

Management Trainee Program is part of our human resource development strategies.  Trainee will be on a two-year training program, with the first year in the target department and the second year in other departments.

REQUIREMENTS:

·       Bachelor degree or above, preferably Engineering, Chemistry or Food related

·       Excellent English in writing, reading and speaking, passed CET6

·       Excellent student with top 20% academic score, honors holder, student activity leader

·       Hard-working and willing to work under pressure and with high sense of responsibility.

·       Problem finding and solving skill, good analytical and creative thinking,

·       Good interpersonal skills, strong leadership and good teamwork player.

·       Quick learner with high potential for sustaining growth
