WHO is Home Credit?  
Home Credit Group (ww***net[点击查看]) is one of Europe's leading providers of consumer finance. We serve consumers throughout Central and Eastern Europe ("CEE"), Russia, the countries of the Commonwealth of Independent States ("CIS") and across Asia. Since 1997, Home Credit Group has rapidly established itself as a market leader in consumer finance, entering attractive and high growth markets ahead of its competitors, particularly in the CIS.  Home Credit Group is currently active in the consumer finance markets of the Czech Republic (since 1997), Slovakia (since 1999), the Russian Federation (since 200), Kazakhstan (since 2005), Belarus (since 2006), Ukraine (since 2006), China (since 2007) and Vietnam (since 2009).  
 
In China, we are known as Home Credit China (ww***.cn[点击查看]).  We had started our operations in China since end of 2007.  Home Credit China is now operating in Shenzhen, Guangdong, Chengdu, Tianjin and some of the second tier cities around these offices.  We are now employing over 1,000 employees in China.  Home Credit China is aiming to grow quickly in the coming few years not only in revenue, but also in terms of market share and geographically.  We are looking for enthusiastic and passionate young people to join us, to grow with us and to become part of our future management team.  
 
WHAT is Home Credit Doing?  
Our core business is to provide qualified mass-market customers with a comprehensive range of lending products including point of sales ("POS") loans and cash loans.  POS loans are unsecured loans provided to consumers to finance purchase of various types of durable goods (e.g. fridge, television, computer, cell phone, motorbike, furniture...). The loans are offered and sold directly in the retailer shops which cooperate with Home Credit. The key advantage of our product is speed and simplicity: we can process application on spot (in the shop) and grant the loan to customer within 60 min. If customer approved he can immediately take the goods home. No waiting, no extra visit of bank branch, no sophisticated documents needed. The loan is paid back in monthly installments, various payment channels are available.  
 
Our typical customers are young people who want to increase their consumer standard in order to make their life enjoyable. Thanks to our products we make wide variety of goods easily accessible for them while keeping financial burden reasonably low and distributed due to small monthly payments. Even customers with enough cash/savings appreciate using our service since they can keep cash for another purpose or emergency reason.  
 
Unlike majority of banks we don't focus just on high income segments only. Our goal is to become friendly loan provider which is accessible for wide masses of Chinese consumers. Compared to other institutions we borrow rather smaller loan amounts but in a very simple and convenient way.

ABOUT the Program  
Initially, successful candidates will join us as intern for one-month before graduation.  In the one-month internship, candidates will have opportunities to learn more about our business and our corporate culture.  Besides, management will observe these candidates in a real life working environment.  
 
Upon graduation, successful management trainee candidates will be put under a 6-month job rotation program.  You will join relevant in-house training course(s) in order to gain more knowledge on our company core businesses and financial products.  You will also participate in some of our major projects.  On completion of the 6-month rotation program, you will need to sit for the final assessment.  After passing through the final assessment, you will join one of the below departments within the company.  
•    Sales and Marketing

•    Government Relations / Public Relations  
•    Human Resources  
 
OUR Requirements  
•    University graduate with 0 - 3 years working experience, 2010 fresh graduate is also welcome  
•    Good at both written and oral Chinese and English.  English level CET-6 / TEM-4 or above  
•    Experienced in working with MS Office  
•    Highly motivated, enthusiastic  
•    Logical thinking, good data/numerical sense  
•    Quick learner  
•    Excellent communication skills  
•    Detailed oriented  
•    Honest  
 
WORK Location  
Successful candidates will base in Shenzhen but need to travel or to be relocated to other cities if necessary.
