Teradyne Applications Development Center (ADC) is a highly important strategic initiative to accelerate Teradyne's technical capability in China, enable service business growth and increase market competitiveness. ADC's mission is to develop a centralized pool of resources and expertise to provide world-wide customers the following engineering development support in a timely and high-quality manner:

1. Develop hardware and software automatic test solutions for a wide range of  semiconductor devices - RF, Mixed-Signal, Digital, Power, Automotive, etc.

2. Platform conversions and software tool development

Job Description

       1.Develop semiconductor test solutions for world-wide customers

       2.Provide global technical support and consulting

Requirements

       1.Bachelors or Master’s degree in Electronic Engineering or similar areas

       2.Knowledge of Digital Signal Processing is desirable

       3.Experience in analysis and debug of digital/analog circuits

       4.Unix/C/C or Windows/VB programming experience

       5.Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.

       6.Experienced in problem solving

       7.Excellent spoken and written English communication skills

       8.Automatic Testing Equipment experience will be a plus.

Hardware Design  Engineer

Job Description

           1.Develop semiconductor test solutions hardware for world-wide customers

           2.Provide global hardware design support and consulting

           3.Deliver hardware design training and seminars to customers

Requirements

          1.Bachelors or Master’s degree in Electronic Engineering or similar areas.

          2.Good knowledge of electronic circuit theory

          3.Basic understanding of DFM (Design For Manufacturing)

          4.Familiar with PCB material and PCB assembly is plus

          5.Experience in Cadence, PowerPCB, OrCAD, Protel and PADS is plus.

          6.PCB design experience in electronic field is plus

          7.Experience in multi-layer PCB layout is plus

          8.Experience in high-speed PCB design and RF circuitry is plus.

Software  Engineer

Job Description

        1.The software engineer designs, develops and tests tools, which convert semiconductor test programs from competitors' platforms to Teradyne platforms, as well as convert from Teradyne platforms to other Teradyne platforms.

       2.The software engineer designs, develops and test ATE-related software tools.

       3.He/She is responsible for the quality and completeness of assignments, including investigation tasks, initial design, development, bug fixing, quality engineering, documentation, and maintenance.

Requirements

        1.BS in computer science, electronics engineering, or related disciplines. Master degree is desirable.

        2.Must possess a minimum of 1 years experience in software development.

        3.Must possess a strong understanding of the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and methodologies.

        4.Familiar with Microsoft Windows, Sun Solaris Unix and Linux system.

        5.Familiar with python, perl, vb, C , C and other programming language. Understanding about Compiler Construction Principles will be a plus.

        6.ATE experience will be a plus.

        7.Good command of spoken and written English.

        8.Strong self-motivation and good communication skills.
