Job Description
Responsibilities
•Ensure that the Reception operates efficiently and smoothly dealing with callers and visitors in a courteous manner
•To provide an efficient switchboard for the Business Centre and to assist the Business Centre Manager in the general duties of the main reception and clients servicing, answering telephone, meeting, stationery ordering, courier and more.

Requirements
•Good to intermediate Japanese and English
•Good presentation skills
•Knowledge of basic office administration procedures. 
•High School Graduates or equivalent for education qualification
•Working experience of previous reception desk and customer service is preferred
