Introduction of MTPV Corporation (Wuhan)

MTPV Corporation (Wuhan) was established by MTPV LLC in US, focusing on research, consultation, engineering design and assembly of Micron-gap Thermal PhotoVoltaics Technology. The purpose of MTPV (Wuhan) corporation is designing energy for the future.

Position

Semiconductor process developing Engineer

Position Description & Responsibility:
-Responsible for semiconductor device engineering with respect to device manufacture procedures, performance and yield problems;
-Responsible for new PV cell process flow debug; track and resolve issues found in system or device validation testing;

- Equipment operation, optimization and diagnosis
-Optimize device performance with advance simulation software and confirm the possibility.
-Bring new products into the factory and lead yield improvement and manufacturability efforts.

- Develop packaging and assembly technology.
- Responsible for entire device manufacturing operations after transfer into high volume production
Requirements:

-Bachelor/Master’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, Industrial Engineering,  Mechanical Engineering or related majors with knowledge of electronics basics.

-Strong teamwork, presentation, coordination, English communication and organizational skills with the ability to address changes and issues and prioritize tasks effectively.

People have following skills are preferred:

-Process integration, design and quality improvement
-Test and debug techniques
-Strong electronics basic knowledge, equipment troubleshooting, installation, repair and operation
-Semiconductor manufacturing technology
-Production operations and flow management
-Package materials design/analysis; Packaging and assembly technology
-Semiconductor simulation software experience, statistics and fault grading analysis skills

Test and quality control engineer

Position Description & Responsibility:
-Responsible for semiconductor device performance and quality testing with respect to electrical, optical and system integration;
-Responsible for new PV cell testing data analysis, failure analysis, track and resolve issues found in device validation testing;

- Testing system design, installation, operation, maintenance and regulation compliance.

-Capable of operating different testing equipments and system.
- Work with scientists, engineers, and technicians to develop and improve measurement and analysis methods and systems.

Responsibility for device quality validation after transfer into high volume production

Requirements:

-Bachelor/Master’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, Industrial Engineering,  Mechanical Engineering or related majors with the knowledge of  electronics basics,

--Strong teamwork, presentation, coordination, English communication skills and organizational skills with the ability to address changes and issues and prioritize tasks effectively.

People have following skills are preferred:

-Experience in I-V, C-V test, and surface profile test especially SEM and TEM.
- Semiconductor manufacturing technology
-Strong electronics basic knowledge, equipment troubleshooting, installation, repair and operation
-Mass data statistics analysis skills

Mechanical Design Engineer

Position Description & Responsibility:
-Support senior engineer with product design and development. 

-Lay out engineering drawing for contained parts of product using CAD software(Solidworks, Pro/E, Inventor, etc.).

-Outsource machine shop for manufacture; Technical support; Build English progress document.

-Ensure that the quality and function of each machined part defined by product management are met.

Requirements:

-Mechanical Engineering or relevant major; Bachelor degree.

-Good Mechanical design knowledge.

-Familiar with at least one popular CAD software (Solidworks priority).

-Skilled in English reading, writing and speaking.

-Team work, efficient, creative and responsible.
