Responsibilities:
Office admin:
Responsible for incoming calls, express delivery and receiving.
Coordinate visitors to the office;
Purchasing and cost control of office supplies, electricity, drinking water and medicine etc;
Ensure office facility management running well;
Keep relationship with suppliers and government (such as stationary, property management centre, decoration company etc);
Assist emergency case and logistics supporting for other Dept.
Finance:
Collected all invoices about Beijing Office daily cost;
check bills and expense with suppliers and Finance;
Fill in and deliver the expense application forms and invoices to Shanghai.
IT:
Set up finger print and some softwares for new colleague;
Maintain the equipments;
Assist IT department colleagues to do some testings and let Beijing Office work smoothly in IT field;
Sales & Marketing:
1) Arrange and support seminar for Sales & Marketing;
2) Prepare all materials for sales business;
3) Provide the exact briefing of Beijing inbound lead for Sales.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree or above
- Good English, both oral and written
- Good communication and interpersonal skill
- Work independently
- Internship Period: from December 2009 to March 2010
