表现形式：网站layout，demo；网络广告形式[Banner/RichMedia/病毒视频 等]的创意；互动演示创意/分镜等。

 

职位要求：

1.      基本素质：理解力，创造力，执行力，凝聚力。

2.      认为创新是必然的，并持以积极的态度。

3.      要求具备高品质的知识结构，无所谓你从哪里学到这些。

4.      我们看重的是你的工作经验，而不是工作年限。你的活儿非常优秀，但工作时间很短，我们欢迎。另外，如果你是应届毕业，但有强烈意愿希望帮助我们一起打造优秀的创意团队，我们也欢迎。

5.      善于沟通、表达，能够积极地配合策划，完成从概念到创意表现之间的具体工作。

6.  熟练使用Photoshop、Flash、Illustrator或CorelDraw等流行设计软件。 当然，会得越多越好。

7.      有丰富的网络互动创意及设计经验者优先。

8.     可以接受加班。
