工作职责：
1、跟进海运订单,联系客户及供应商， 控制操作过程和向客户提供服务;
2、负责接收订舱和安排订舱，报关跟踪，货物跟踪等事宜；
3、积极主动跟进催款、退单等工作，在操作过程中，认真执行操作流程，有意识的防止纠纷的产生；
4、制作海运单证及其他相关文件；
5、负责与客户及相关业务往来机构进行沟通和协调；
6、单证及文件的整理和归档；
7、聪明踏实，正直诚实，认真细致，较好的人际交往沟通能力及良好的服务意识，有钻劲，上进心强。
任职资格：
1、责任心强，工作积极主动；
2、有一定的亲和力，并具备良好的沟通能力；
3、一年以上货代操作经验；
4、四级及以上英文水平，欢迎英文功底好的物流专业应届毕业生踊跃投简历！
