We have opportunities for high-potential graduates to join our China Manufacturing Management Development Scheme in 2 key disciplines; Production, Maintenance Management. It's a good opportunity for you with the potential and ambition to become one of our future backbones, we will provide with good learning resources, management experience and challenges to enable you accelerate your career to become the AstraZeneca China manufacturing leaders of future. We need candidate will be dedicated to first line production for 1-2 years.

We're looking for people who with first ranking GAP in renowned universities, can quickly understand the production environment. In addition, it's crucial that you have strong business acumen, plus the ability to lead teams as well as strong communication skill. A degree (or equivalent) in Science and Engineering disciplines or pharmacy related disciplines are essential.
