博能传动有限公司成立于1992年，是制造机械传动产品的专业化公司，目前拥有温州、苏州两个加工工厂，建筑面积17万平方米。博能传动（印度）有限公司成立于2008年，为博能首家海外公司。
Established in 1992, Boneng Transmission Co., LTD specializes in the manufacture of mechanical tranmisstion products. It has a total building area of 170,000, with two assembly plants in Wenzhou and Suzhou. Boneng Transmissiton (India) Pvt Ltd is the first oversea branch company founded in 2008.
博能产品主要有通用齿轮箱、工业齿轮箱、蜗轮箱、行星减速机、功率覆盖0.12-9550kW的标准系列，以及各种专用、组合和非标设计产品被广泛应用，并有骄人的成绩。目前拥有优秀的研发制造人才，国际一流的加工、检测设备，在中国各中心城市设有本公司的办事处，为客户提供及时的应用咨询和服务。
Boneng manufactures a wide range of mechanical tranmisstion products like General Gear Units, Industrial Gear Units, Worm Gear Units and Planetary Gear Units with power coverage 0.12-9550kW, supplemented by specific, combination and non-standard units required by different industries. 三、岗位要求：
1. 有志于从事减速机或电机的研发、设计；
2. 本科以上学历，机械专业/电机专业；
3. 专业扎实、动手能力强；
4. 熟练使用计算机制图；
5. 英语四级425分以上者，英语口语流利者优先。
