职位描述：

任职要求：
 1、Diploma or Degree in English, Administration, HR or relevant.
2、At least 1 years multinational manufacturing factory staffing experiences, has solid interviewing & assessment skills, familiar with recruitment channels and Suzhou talent market.
3、Service oriented working style. Open-minded, team work with good moral and be responsible, Good communication skill.
4.Microsoft Office skills must, other Staffing system experience is preferred.

职位职责：
 1、Assis HR specialist to handle the normal hiring works
2、Summary the hiring dates and report to HR specialist

职位职责：
 1.Develop the outside DL resouce (including cooperate with outside offical recruitment agencies and qualified Tech schools), to use various of DL resource to meet DL hiring demands. 2.Organize the outside job fair, tech schools interviews and track all the status
3.Develop more creative DL hiring channels to meet operation hiring demands
4.Administer qualified agencies selection and operator recruitment procedure 
5.Draft and manage all the outside hiring procedures and policies
6.Tracking recruitment channels feedback & evaluate & follow-up effectiveness 
7.Track the DL recruitment budget status
