Responsible for the distribution, installation, operations, and troubleshooting of site distributed computing environment.
Participate in hardware/software projects and deployment plans. Analyze work group systems and recommend solutions.
Execute production processes. Perform/manage changes to servers/environment.
Manage virus protection procedures on server.
Drive day to day business needs by managing processes and/or workflow.
Responds to customer/client requests or events as they occur.
Develops solutions to problems utilizing formal education and judgment.
Requirement:
You should be a grade 1 or grade 2 Master in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or Engineering .
Additional qualifications include:
- Knowledge in semi-con MES system and process
- Strong passion for operation excellence and delivering customer solutions
- Good interpersonal skills
- Knowledge in programming tools (example, OOAD, COM , DCOM, C , VBasic* and .NET*, Microsoft* SQL* or Oracle*) is preferred
- Experience in factory and/or manufacturing automation and customer service would be an added advantage
