Requirement:
-Bachelor degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Secretary or equivalent;
-Initiative, detailed oriented, a quick learner
-Team player with good communication skills
-Good English both oral and written;
-Be proficient in computer skills especially in MS office;
Responsibilities:
1.Coordinate to organize the safety audit and other safety activities for sales
2.Make the quotation for each effective inquiry, monitor the price based on our policy, update price record and relevant information accurately.
3.Be responsible for the customer database in Movex. Apply for new customers and update information for all customers.
4.Issue sales contract outside system accurately upon requirement 5.Provide all sales in China for extended logistical assistance, ordering & dispatching, arranging transportation or slitting, transferring payment, customer communication & visit etc; support the request from sales who are travelling outside.
6.Manage travel request record, annual leave record.
