电子及自动化控制工程师 Focus on System design

-Work in Research and develop team to independently design, modify control system based on design specifications.

-Familiar with analogy/digital input/output signal; all kinds of electrical component specification like sensors, motors, relays, heaters and other electrical related components.

-Familiar with motion control and temperature, pressure control theory and design.

-Hands on experience such as installation, testing and troubleshooting,

-Familiar with hardware language like VHDL or VERILOG and related design tool, strong software background is necessary.

-MS EE degree with Min 3-5 years of related experience.

-Good English communication skill.

-Highly flexible and able to work under pressure.

软件工程师Software Engineer

Principal duties and responsibilities

- Perform software architectural design for new products

- Directly dealing with customers in pursuit of new product design and provide technical support

- Design of software to interface with/control servo drives, fluid, power, digital and analog IO, and temperature

- Coding

- Testing

- Conduct design and code review

Minimum Requirements

- Have experience in software development for industrial products including motion control systems

- Minimum of BSCS/MSCS or equivalent

- Able to communicate using English both verbally and in writings

Specific experience

- C/C++

- Visual C++ with MFC on Windows platforms (NT/XP)

- VB

- SQL

- Real-time control system

- Configuration management with Visual Source Safe or other similar tools

Preferred skills

- Experience in designing software for automated machinery and process control

- Experience in real-time embedded OS

- Knowledge of 200mm/300mm SEMI standards (SECS/GEM, HSMS)

电子及自动化控制工程师 Focus on AC power design

Description

-Work in semiconductor equipment company to independently design, modify system AC power cabinet

-Familiar with AC system, related electrical components specification like circuit break

contact, relays, transformer, terminal block and other electrical components

-Understanding AC power distribution, protection and safety standard

-Hands on experience such as installation, testing and troubleshooting

-BS EE degree

-Good English communication skill

-Highly flexible and able to work under pressure

机械工程师 Mechanical Engineer

Your tasks:

-To design semiconductor equipment system includes moving parts and liquid delivery,or the other raw material design;

-Can perform independent design works based on design specification;

-Work with process engineer to design or modify the mechanical system.

-Perform mechanical stress, strength, and deformation calculation.

-Perform temperature distribution, thermal stress, and thermal expansion calculation.

-Familiar with Pneumatic & Hydraulic principle,eg.fluid mechanics and thermodynamics

-Be able to take or teaching Robot design, with the machinery experience;

-With good sense of motion control,pluming system acknowledgement in any industry

工作职责

-设计半导体设备系统，包括零部件传输系统,及原材料的选用；

-根据设计说明书独立进行设计作业；

-与工艺工程师合作，设计及改善机械系统；

-进行机械拉力、強度及变形计算；

-进行温度分布、热压、热膨胀度的计算；

-熟悉空压、液压原理。比如流体力学和热力学；

-能掌握及使用机器人操作，有机械机器人设计经验；

Your Profile:

-BS/MS degree majoring in Mechanical Engineering

-Knowledge of mechanics, material mechanics, and thermal mechanics

-Knowledge of electrical circuit, automatic control theory, and control software

-Working knowledge of Solid Works 3D, and/or AutoCAD 3D is must.

-At least two years working experience in engineering instrument design and development,with machanic design experience are preferred.

-Experience in motion control and necessary knowledge of interface between mechanical system and control system.

-Semiconductor equipment and tool design and development is a plus.
