Position: Customer Service Representative
Working Location: WGQ, Shanghai
Job Responsibilities:
-Deal with daily operation job carefully& correctly;
-Contact oversea& domestic customer with all various shipment details;
-Deal with & resolve urgent case flexibly & independently;
-Coordinate with BD/market dept to search for vendor & make quotation to customer.
Job Responsibility:
-College degree or above, minimum 2 year customer service operation experience in logistics fields, experience in WGQ FTZ or WGQ BLP is preferred;
-Knowledge in freight forwarding, warehouse, transportation, import & export;
-Customer oriented, with good problem-solving skills;
-Good command of English communication skill and MS Office;
-Positive attitude, high sense of responsibility, able to work under pressure;
-Good communication and interpersonal skills, team player;
-Living in Pu Dong Area is preferred;
-Excellent fresh graduates of bachelor’s degree will be also welcomed;
-We provide many lines of shuttle buses.

职位描述:
1、认真仔细地处理日常操作工作;
2、就船运方面的事宜与国内外客户进行沟通;
3、独立并妥善地处理各种紧急事件;
4、与业务发展部门紧密合作,搜寻潜在的客户并议价协商。
职位要求:
1、大专及以上学历,二年以上第三方物流客户服务操作经验,有外高桥保税区或外高桥物流园区经验者佳;
2、熟悉货代、仓储、运输及进出口贸易知识;
3、以客户为导向,具有良好的问题解决能力;
4、良好的英文沟通表达能力以及计算机操作能力;
5、工作积极主动,责任心强,能在较强的压力下工作;
6、具有良好的人际沟通能力和团队合作精神;
7、家住浦东地区的优先考虑;
8、同时欢迎优秀的本科应届毕业生前来应聘;
