Vacancy: Research Associates/Interns

Z-Ben Advisors is currently accepting applications for Research Interns. The Internship is designed to provide the opportunity to gain extensive knowledge about China's fund management industry, and get to know Z-Ben Advisors. Research Interns will work closely with our full-time analysts and consultants to develop a variety of deliverables for clients, as well as support normal research activities

We expect Interns to quickly integrate with our research and consulting teams, while working diligently and independently on assigned tasks. While our staff will provide support and coaching, a self-starting personality and entrepreneurial disposition is essential for long-term success at Z-Ben Advisors.

Research Associates

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and analyze important industry, capital market and regulatory trends to develop oneself as an industry expert in the Chinese investment management industry

• Create and implement Z-Ben Advisors’ quantitative and qualitative research and consulting methodologies

• Develop highly analytical modules of projects and support project management and quality control efforts

• Identify and pursue business development opportunities with senior management

Requirements

• BA/BS with outstanding academic credentials

• Background in investment management, Finance, Economics

• Working towards CFA / other industry accreditation a plus

• Extensive leadership experience

• Ability to develop multiple projects from concept to finish while working on tight deadlines

• Professional fluency in both Mandarin Chinese and English

• Strong writing and communication skills

• Ability to work independently as well as in teams
