Job Openings

 

Intern/ Assistant Researcher for Healthcare team

   

The Job：

1. Translate questionnaires from English to Chinese or vice versa accurately

2. Assist to develop code frames to accurately and comprehensively capture the open-ended questions

3. Write DP specifications to ensure the specs accurately reflect the data processing requirements

4. Assist to design questionnaires by applying knowledge and techniques in writing basic questions

5. Assist to implement Synovate techniques and programs to produce meaning and presentable graphic charts

6. Assist senior members on ad hoc projects as assigned

7. Prepare screeners and invitation letters for recruitment

8. Assist to deliver fieldwork briefing to ensure the interviewers are clear about the purposes and logic of the flow of the screening questionnaires

9. Liaise with fieldwork operations to ensure the progress of recruitment is well communicated and monitored to minimize disruption of delays 

10. Assist senior members on the logistical organization of focus groups

11. Assist senior members on analysis and draft report to present easy-to-read and meaningful linkage to conclusions

12. Assist in proposal preparation and cost estimation to achieve competitiveness and cost effectiveness

 

The Person：

1. Full time university graduate major in medicine, pharmacy, biology, statistics, English or marketing preferred

2. Effective communication skills are critical, as is the capability of logical thinking, and being attentive to detail

3. Excellent command of written and spoken English

4. Must be a good team player sharing work across colleagues

5. Able to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently and in an organized way

6. Willing to travel and well-planned & detail oriented

7. University student available 4-5 days a week who want to develop career at Marketing Research
